The Rio Grande Chapter Knows No Boundaries;
LA-Based Journalist Jeannette Hartman Jumps Onboard As New Member
Boundaries? We don’t acknowledge no stinkin’ boundaries! The Rio Grande Chapter has a new member who isn’t letting 1,000 miles get in her way of joining up with the hip kids. A former daily newspaper reporter, LA-based Jeannette Hartman has been involved in communications and marketing for a broad mix of corporations and nonprofit organizations, including the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and what is now known as Anthem Blue Cross. For the past eight years, she has been a freelance writer and consultant, primarily in health care.
She holds a bachelor of science degree from the William Allen White School of Journalism at the University of Kansas and a master’s of business administration degree from Pepperdine University.
