Journalism under Fire returns to Santa Fe this year Nov. 14 and 15. SPJ-Rio Grande is offering some assistance to members who want to check out this unique opportunity right here in our state.

The focus of this year’s conference is technology: “How does technology shape the truth?” Guests will explore the intersection between social media and fake news; the ways in which artificial intelligence is increasingly influencing the public domain; how China’s use of technology will have massive ramifications for the United States; and how digital forensics has opened a new line of investigation, using crowd-sourced video and Big Data to reconstruct truth.
