The New Mexico Local News Fund is hosting its first ever celebration of local news at 4 p.m., Friday, Dec.3! All New Mexico journalists and local news organizations are invited to attend.
This will be a virtual happy hour gathering this year. They’re excited to highlight the best of our programs this year and we want to hear what you’re celebrating.
They want to toast what you’re most proud of, too!
They will give everyone one minute to share a win for yourself or your newsroom this year. It could be an award, a new strategy your newsroom tried or a story that you think was valuable for your community.
If you’d like, send us a photo they can include in a slideshow. If you can’t join, send them a short description and they will read it to honor your contributions to our local news ecosystem.
