Description:
The Albuquerque Journal, New Mexico’s largest daily newspaper, has an opening for a reporter to cover City Hall and Bernalillo County government in an online-first newsroom.
The preferred candidate will have at least several years of experience covering municipal, county or state government, politics and elections.
Excellent writing skills and a demonstrated ability to balance day-to-day and enterprise/investigative stories are required. Bonus points for applicants who know how to find, analyze and transform raw data into compelling news stories.
