The Daily Times, a 19,000 circulation, daily newspaper in Farmington, N.M., is looking for a full-time photographer.
Candidates need to be able to shoot news, sports and features photos, including portraits, breaking news and photo packages. Digital and social media skills are required. A bachelor’s degree, preferably in journalism or a related field, is required. The position is ideal for someone with two to three years experience at a newspaper.
Candidates must be comfortable editing in the field and filing photos quickly to be posted online. They should also know how to use Photoshop, Word Press and video editing software. Shooting, editing and posting videos will be required.
